Support, guidance and educational resources

Your patients and their families can receive free services and resources from Be The Match^®, operated by the National Marrow Donor Program^®.  Be The Match has a team dedicated to supporting patients, caregivers, family members and friends, from diagnosis through survivorship. We offer one-on-one support, financial guidance and educational resources — DVDs, booklets, online tools and more.  Our goal is to help patients get what they need, when they need it.

Patients can contact Be The Match patient services coordinators Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.

Interpreters are available for those who need information in a language other than English.

Online patient tools and resources

Some of the online tools and resources for patients include:

• MatchView^® — patients can see the number of potential donors and cord blood units they may have on the Be The Match Registry^®. For more information, see the MatchView Physician Information.
• Indirect expenses planning tool — patients can create a personalized financial report that combines estimated indirect transplant costs and household expenses.
• Directory of helpful organizations — patients can search by category for resources that match their needs.
