This webcast provides an overview of post transplant living - from returning home from the hospital through stages of short and long-term recovery.  The focus is on ‘enjoying the journey’ as survivors and loved ones develop skills to help reduce post transplant complications. This information is presented by Richard Boyajian, RN, MS, ANP.  Mr. Boyajian is the Clinical Director of the Adult Survivorship Program at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and a Nurse Practitioner in the LiveStrong Survivorship Clinic.  He was also the recipient of an unrelated bone marrow transplant in 1996 and lives with chronic graft versus host disease as well as other late effects.
