Early Show hosts Erica Hill and Jeff Glor interviewed transplant recipient Ceci Christenson during a Make-A-Wish segment on Macy’s national “Believe” day. Christenson survived myelodysplastic syndrome with a marrow donation from her brother. However, knowing that thousands of patients do not have a matching donor in their families, she asked Make-A-Wish to help her build awareness of marrow donation on a national news show.  

The segment encourages viewers to join the Be The Match Registry as potential marrow donors and features BeTheMatch.org.
