To best meet the needs of 2013 NMDP/ Be The Match Council Meeting attendees, the opportunity to exhibit is reserved for sponsoring organizations.
Sponsoring organizations can choose from a menu of options, from the $5,000 Friend Level to the $25,000 Lifesaver Level. In addition to exhibiting privileges, each support level offers a unique set of opportunities for engaging Council attendees, as detailed below:
LIFESAVER $25,000
Sole supporter of the Saturday night closing dinner
- Company name and logo placement on Council registration website
- Logo displayed on signage at registration
- Support acknowledged in registration packet
- One premium exhibit space on both Friday and Saturday, October 18-19
- Logo acknowledging support displayed at closing dinner and acknowledgement made from podium
- Six Council Meeting registrations
CHAMPION $15,000
Recognition as sole supporter of the Friday evening reception, or name and logo on registration name badge holder
- Company name and logo placement on Council registration website
- Logo displayed on signage at registration

ADVOCATE $10,000
