A new HLA education series is available for Network members. The HLA education series targets a wide range of knowledge levels around the role of HLA in cellular transplantation.
The HLA education series can be found in an online catalog through the NMDP’s learning management system.

Scientific Services spearheaded the creation of the HLA education series with the help of Case Management and NMDP Education and Training. The Scientific Services department is responsible for understanding the scientific aspects of stem cell transplantation data, ensuring the timely acquisition and validation of these data for searching patients, and translating the evolving science into actionable policies, practices and services.
