Living Now: Making Meaning and Moving Forward
Wednesday, Aug. 27 from 12:00 - 1:15 p.m. CDT.
As a transplant recipient, making sense of your transplant experience and finding meaning is a very personal journey. But, sometimes it can help to connect with other people who have been there, too. Join us for a live telephone workshop where you’ll hear from a panel of transplant recipients who will share how they found meaning after transplant. Through their stories, you will learn:
- How unexpected changes in relationships or roles can lead to meaningful experiences
- New strategies for managing fear and anxiety
- Ways to volunteer or find fulfillment in work after transplant
You’ll also have the chance to share how you’ve found meaning through your own journey.
